Iriga City – Sad fate that came upon a 40-year old barangay electrician in Del Rosario Baao Camarines Sur after elements of PDEA Camarines Sur stormed his residence early in the morning yesterday through a search warrant issued by the court.
12 sachets of suspected shabu worth ₱ 136,000 weighing more or less 20 grams were found inside his residence. The suspect, who goes by the moniker “Palaka”, did not issue any statement.
Palaka will be facing charges for violation of Section 11 Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
In previous drug operations by the local police in the area, Palaka would always be present along with the target suspect being always at the wrong place and at the wrong time.
