The City Health Office (CHO) opened an online Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Vaccine registration Monday.
Dr. Dulce Amor D. Miravite said, this was made possible with the help of some doctors and the city’s computer division.
Those who wants to be vaccinated must be 18 years old and above they can now register at zambocovax.com
In the said website, you will be ask what category do you belong such as A1 for health workers, A2 senior citizens, A3 person’s with comorbidities, and A4 essential workers.
Aside from this you will also be asked to upload your identification card and personal information will be asked such as name, address, contact number, do you have comorbidities, employment, and other questions.
After submitting all documents, you will wait for your vaccination schedule to know the time, date, and place of vaccination.
This is one way to support the Covid vaccination efforts of the city which started last March.
Currently, the city has 6,350 confirmed cases of Covid 19, for the recoveries 4,577, active cases 1,530, and deaths 243.
Recall, the city was placed under Enhanced Community Quarantine last March 20, 2020 and had its first Covid 19 case March 25, 2020 and cases are still increasing. (R.G. Antonet A. Go)
how can we get the confirmation of our registration po? we already registered for vaccination, through online and follow the step correctly and were waiting the schedule for vaccination about a week ago. we haven’t recieve a text or email until now. How long we would wait? thanks.
