Davao del Norte: An estimated ₱ 26,000 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated in a Tuesday, July 28 anti-illegal drug operation of Purok 7-A Tamburong Feeder Road # 2 Barangay Tibal-og, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Police Major Frederick Deles, chief of police of Santo Tomas PNP, said they arrested Raquel Gerbolingo Catcatan, male, 35, with live-in partner, laborer, and a resident of Purok 7-A FD RD # 2 Barangay Tibal-og, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Catcatan is Top 8 priority target municipal level, Deles said.
Seized from him was one (1) big sachet of heat sealed transparent cellophane containing white crystallize substance believed to be shabu. The said shabu have estimated value of ₱ 26, 000 and estimated weight more or less 5 grams.
The suspect was detained at the Santo Tomas Police Precinct pending the filing of charges. Case for violation of Sections 5, and 11 of Article II of RA 9165 are being prepared for filing in court against the drug suspect.
