The Province Of Zamboanga Del Norte Records Another 3 New Covid-19 Positive Cases

Amidst all the cautious steps and protocols followed by te Provincial Health Office, Inter-Agency Task Force for Covid 19 in the province of Zamboanga deL Norte, on June 28, 2020, there has been 3 additional confirmed Covid 19 cases received.

As per initial info:

Patient 015
– 45 year-old Male;
– a resident of Jose Dalman, ZDN
– a Locally Stranded Individual from Manila
– June 16, 2020 – arrived at the Port of Ozamiz City
– He was fetched in Ozamiz and directly isolated upon arrival in Jose Dalman
– Patient had 1 day history of cough with no fever, colds, diarrhea, or sore throat.
– June 23, 2020 – Sample gathered for RT-PCR Confirmatory Test (Swab Test)
– admitted in the designated Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility(TTMF)
– Patient currently is asymptomatic

Patient 016
– 26 year-old Male
– a resident of Sibutad, ZDN
– a Locally Stranded Individual from Cebu City
– arrived on June 6, 2020 via Medallion Transport (Cebu – Dipolog)
– June 19, 2020 – Tested positive in Rapid Test
– June 23, 2020 – Sample gathered for RT-PCR Confirmatory Test (Swab Test)
– currently admitted in the designated Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility(TTMF)
– Patient is asymptomatic from the date of arrival to present day

Patient 017
– 23 year-old Male;
– a resident of La Libertad, ZDN
– a crew of Medallion Transport (M/V Lady of Joy. Cebu-Dipolog route);
– June 6, 2020 – Manifested symptoms(fever, colds, cough and sore throat); the next day, symptoms resolved.
– June 21, 2020 – Patient claimed loss of sense of taste
– June 23, 2020 4PM – Picked up from Port of Galas, Dipolog City and trasported to La Libertad. Patient showed no signs and symptoms upon picking up and directly isolated upon arrival.
– June 24, 2020 – Sample gathered for RT-PCR Confirmatory Test (Swab Test)
– admitted in the designated Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility(TTMF)

The Local Government with its coordinating agencies call the public to be more obedient to follow protocols, basic hygiene practices and social distancing to if not totally control, minimize and slow the rapid increase of Covid 19 cases in the province.
