Suspected Drug Group Leader Nabbed In Baguio

Operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Cordillera arrested an alleged leader of the notorious Oliveros drug cartel operating in Baguio City.

Arresting officers identified the suspect as Federico Oliveros and he will be once again going back to jail after his released from prison using the plea-bargaining arrangement with the court.

Oliveros  will be charged this time for possession of illegal drugs worth Php340,000.00 including the liquified form of meth that is said to be deadlier and more damaging to the brain cells that makes  users completely lost control of the realities.

He will also be charged for possession of drug paraphernalia indicative that he caters to others’ drug needs.

Apart from drugs, Agents also seized firearms and various ammunitions that attest to the report that the group is armed, dangerous and organized  in drug dealing in his house at San Carlos Heights, Irisan, Baguio City.

The anti narcotics operatives searched his house at around 9Pm of July 14, 2010 by virtue of a Search Warrant issued by a Baguio City court.
