SURIGAONON/DINAGATNON PRIEST SUMMA CUM LAUDE IN MISSION STUDIES, MAGNA CUM LAUDE IN ECCLESIASTICAL COURSE
A Surigaonon and Dinagatnon priest finished his Master of Arts in Theology Major in Mission Studies as Summa Cum Laude in 2019 and Magna Cum Laude in Ecclesiastical Course this year at the Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay City.
Rev. Fr. Michael Manto Creencia, a native of San Jose, Libjo, Province of Dinagat Islands graduated as High School Valedictorian at Surigao City National High School Batch 2008. An academic awardee of Cum Laude in Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in academic year 2012 and also finished AB Theology at the Divine Word Mission Seminary (Christ the King) in the year 2017. He was ordained to priesthood last February 8, 2020.
During his high school days, he resided at Block 8, Lot 21, Acean Heights, Brgy. Bonifacio, Surigao City. He is the youngest of the 6 children of Marcelo Creencia and Edna Manto. [jc | RPN DXKS]
