Gov. Lyndon Barbers and Cong. Ace Barbers attended yesterday Mayor Paul Dumlao’s State of Local Governance Report before the Sangguniang Panglungsod at the Surigao City Auditorium this city. Mayor Dumlao outlined the remarkable accomplishments of his administration from 2023 to mid-2024.
In his address, Mayor Dumlao underscored the robust partnership between his administration and the provincial government, which has been instrumental in achieving his strategic agenda. He highlighted key infrastructure projects and sectoral support initiatives that are pivotal in reinforcing his “pulido and dekalidad” brand of leadership. Furthermore, Mayor Dumlao showcased his successful fiscal management, which has earned Surigao City recognition as one of the top component cities in terms of income collection.
