Stranded Students Will Undergo Rapid Test

Gov. Francisco “Lalo” Matugas said that with regard to the concern of students who desired to return home to Surigao del Norte, the province is willing to accommodate their safe return through the help of the DOTr under the Balik-Estudyante Program.

He said that protocols are in place wherein arriving students will be required to undergo a rapid test and be housed in a prepared facility before going back to their respective homes. (PIA Caraga/Jennifer Peña/RPN DXKS)
