Report on the arrest of Drug Personality thru Buy-bust:
On October 08, 2020 at about 06:00 PM, joint elements of Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Surigao City Police Station under the supervision of PLTCOL. CHRISTIAN L. RAFOLS II, Chief of Police together with PLTCOL NASRUDDIN D TAYUAN, Chief-PIU and PCAPT. ELMAR R
OZ CLARET Chief PDEU conducted joint buy-bust operation at Purok 3, Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City which resulted to the arrest of Trojan Avery Montante Limpot aka Tj, Grade 10 Student, Filipino, male, 18 years old, single, and a resident of Purok 2 Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City. Subject person was informed of his Constitutional Rights under the Miranda Doctrine and the Anti-Torture Law upon his arrest. The aforesaid suspect is a newly identified drug personality of Surigao City Police Station.
Confiscated items from the possession and control of suspect were listed as follows;
- Two (2) plastic sachet of suspected marijuana bought by the poseur-buyer from the suspect with an estimated weight of more or less 4 grams with Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of Four hundred eighty Pesos (₱ 480.00) @ (₱ 120 ) per gram;
- One (1) small pouch color pink;
- One (1) Five Hundred Peso bill (₱ 500.00) marked money;
- One (1) cellphone color black
- One (1) Fraternity ID
- Cash money amounting to Four Hundred Pesos (₱ 400.00)
The body search were done in an orderly manner.
Cases for violation of RA 9165 were being readied for filing in court against the mentioned suspect.
