Be informed that at about 2:19 PM of October 28, 2020, PSMS. Aldwin Tagbac – Warrant Server of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) conducted Intel driven operation against another wanted person at Brgy. Potol, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of Ricardo Egaco Etol Jr, 33 y.o., male, single and a resident of Brgy. Carang, Dapitan City by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for Violation of Section 18, paragraph C and D of RA 11038 docketed under Criminal Case No. 19028, issued by Presiding Judge Jonathan Hilarion G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City dated October 9, 2020 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 36,000.00.
Subject person is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
