Regional Situation Update On COVID-19 In Davao Region As Of June 12, 2021

As of 5:00 pm today, DOH Davao Center for Health Development reports 531 new cases of COVID-19 in the region bringing the total number of active cases to 6,115.

Of these new cases, 303 are from Davao City, 84 from Davao del Sur, 84 from Davao del Norte, 49 from Davao de Oro, 7 from Davao Oriental, and 4 from Davao Occidental.

There are 141 recoveries reported today. Among these, 84 are from Davao City, 31 from Davao Oriental, 15 from Davao del Norte, and 11 from Davao de Oro.

There are 6 death cases reported today. Among these, 2 are from Davao de Oro, 1 from Davao City, 1 from Davao Oriental, 1 from Davao del Norte, and 1 from Davao del Sur.

All cases reported today are local cases.

With these cases, the region has 21.3% available ICU beds, 40% available Isolation beds, 41.5% available Ward beds, and 43.6% available Mechanical ventilators.

After further verification, the following profiles are retagged according to their correct residency:
DR-32395 and DR-32488 from Davao City are actually residents of Davao del Norte thus, adjusting the statistics of the said areas.

Furthermore, DR-28650 from Davao del Norte, DR-30502 and DR-31398 from Davao City are actually residents from other region thus, removing them from Davao Region’s statistics.
