Rape suspect successfully arrested

On July 29, 2019, at around 6 in the morning, Task Force Manhunt Charlie of Siocon MPS led by PLT ARNEL MAGALLANES NERI -DCOP, together with personnel from PIB, ZSPPPO led by PLT FERDINAND EVANGELISTA, PNP personnel of Alicia MPS led by PCPT ABDULLAH JAMAHARI JAMIRI, and CIDG ZN PFU9 conducted joint Manhunt Operation at Brgy. Lapirawan, Alicia, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay that resulted to the successful arrest of Top 6 MWP (Municipal Level) Manuel Larot Anoy, 37 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Lapirawan, Alicia, ZSP by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape in Relation to R.A. 7610 with Criminal Case No. 2016-11-06(1406) dated June 6, 2017 issued by Judge Laarni N. Dajao, of RTC Branch 27, Siocon, ZDN with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty. Further, accused is duly appraised of his Constitutional Rights and Anti Torture Law in a language understood by him. Accused is now transported from Alicia MPS to Siocon MPS.
