Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station together with the personnel of CIDG conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City at about 3:00 PM of July 16, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Jose Mayormita Gargar Jr., male, 54 years old, high school level, businessman and a resident of Sitio Igot, Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 5(b) of RA 7610 (2 counts) / rape, docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 24060, 24062 & 24061, dated July 3, 2020 issued by Hon. Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City with a recommended bail bond of Php180, 000.00 for Criminal Case Nr. 24060, 24062 and no recommended bail bond for Criminal Case Number 24061.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition
