Combined police operatives of Lapu-Lapu City Police Office-Police Station 2 and Titay Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted joint intel driven operation at Indiana Road, Brgy. Pajac Lapu-Lapu City at 5:30 PM of December 31, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Goldy Zamora, 22, male, single, student and temporary residing at Urgello St., Sambag 1, Cebu City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape by Sexual Assault with Criminal Case CICL-No. 1-24-2018 and CICL-No.1-27-2018 issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Vicente S. De A Plaza of RTC Branch 76, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with recommended bail bond amounting to ₱ 120,000.00 each.
He is now under the custody of Lapu-Lapu City Police Office-Police Station 2 for proper disposition and documentation prior the turned-over to Titay MPS.
