A 37-year old man was arrested by operatives from CIDG and Zamboanga City Police Station 9 during the joint law enforcement operation at Nanka Plain BPI, Brgy. La Paz, Zamboanga City at about 3:30 PM of October 16, 2020. Zamboanga City Police Station 9 identified the arrested suspect as Kerdy Mail Domingo Ramos, 37 years old, male, married, a resident of aforementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Five (5) counts Rape docketed under Criminal Case # 45620-45624 issued and signed by Presiding  Judge  Hon  Peter  V  Eisma,  Branch  15,  RTC,  9th  Judicial  Region, Zamboanga City dated September 15, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is presently under the temporary custody of CIDG for proper disposition.
