Police personnel of Tungawan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. Rommel D. Lamberte, Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office-Intel Branch and RMFB9 conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Poblacion Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay at 11:50 AM of December 30, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Ricky Triambulo Labrado, 24 years old, male, single, taxi driver at Mandaluyong Metro Manila and a resident of Purok Mangga, Brgy. Tigbanuang, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
This is by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest For Violation of section 5 (b) of RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. I-6856, issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Vicente S. Dela Plaza II, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay dated July 25, 2018 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 200,000.00.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Tungawan MPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
