Police personnel from Pagadian City Police Station together with personnel from CIDG9 and PNP Highway Patrol 9 conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Tisa, Brgy. Baloyboan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:15 PM of November 6, 2020. The operation resulted to the arrest of Rodolfo Yurong Balignot, 64 years old, male, married, Barangay Tanod, and a resident of Purok Tisa, Brgy. Baloyboan, Pagadian City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 10591, docketed under Criminal Case No. 14543-2k19 dated October 26, 2020 issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City with no bail bond recommended.
