The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU), along with the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur and the Armed Forces, conducts a two-day Refinement Planning Workshop for the Provincial Transformation Plan of Zamboanga del Sur. Held on September 25-26, 2024, the workshop brings together various stakeholders and “friends rescued.”
The workshop focuses on identifying key areas for the Transformation Program (TP), classifying targeted Friends Rescued (FR) and Non-Combatant Organizations. It also aligns the efforts of the provincial government and regional and provincial line agencies to ensure the effective implementation of the program.
