Solo parents, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) can now purchase high-quality rice at an affordable price of PHP 29 per kilo.
This offer is available at the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) – Zamboanga del Sur Irrigation Management Office, located in Barangay Tawagan Norte, Municipality of Labangan.
This initiative is part of the NIA’s “Kadiwa ng Pangulo: Murang Bigas mula kay BBM (Bagong Bayaning Magsasaka)” program, which launches today.
