Philcement is working with CENRO Manukan to enhance the Dohinob Pawikan Hatchery and Rescue Center’s sea turtle conservation capabilities. Additionally, French tourist Loic Samsom, who was at the site during the release, participated in the event.

The Hawksbill Sea Turtle is critically endangered and protected by Republic Act (RA) 9147, the “Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act”.
