One Caraga Shield Pushed For Covid-19 Sub-National Laboratory In The Region

One Caraga Shield chairperson Governor Dale B. Corvera of Agusan del Norte disclosed that the national task force on COVID-19 is pushing for the establishment of a sub-national laboratory in Caraga region since the volume of the samples taken in Caraga that are sent to the Southern Philippine Medical Center will cause further delay on testing of the samples.

The task force is in full support of the DOH Caraga’s plans in accrediting its two referral hospitals for COVID-19 in the region as sub-national laboratories. (PIA Caraga/RPN DXKS)
