Gov. Victor J. Yu issues Executive Order No. 2020-23 providing specific guidelines for Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF’s) and Locally Stranded Individuals on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
Among the provisions of the Executive Order:
➡️ All LSI’s/ROF’s with RDT result of IgM reactive + or IgG +IgM shall be isolated at the municipal isolation facility within 14 days and will be subject for RT-PCR test.
➡️RDT negative and asymptomatic shall undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine or municipal/barangay isolation facility.
➡️RDT negative and asymptomatic and RDT IgG reactive shall undergo a strict 14-day home quarantine or at the barangay isolation facility.
➡️ Quarantine/identification bracelets issued for LSI’s/ROF’s after the rapid test will only be removed after the 14-day quarantine.
➡️Unauthorized removal of the quarantine tag bracelet will result in non-issuance of Quarantine certificate. A new quarantine bracelet will be issued and a new 14-day quarantine period shall begin.
➡️Only the City/Municipal Health Officer is authorized to remove the quarantine bracelet.
