Joint PNP personnel from Regional Intelligence Unit 9, CIDG-Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Norte PPO-Intel Unit and Siayan MPS conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sitio Uno, Brgy. Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte
The operation resulted to the arrest of Doning Gandipon Paglisan, 32 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of aforementioned place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Murder Rene G. Dondoyano Presiding Judge, RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan dated July 15, 2019 with no bail recommended.
The arrested person is now under the temporary custody of Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
