In a statement, Lt Col Jezreel Diagmel, Commanding Officer of 36IB, said “the captured of the CNT materials particularly the revolutionary documents and other documents with high intel value may lead to the disclosure of the NPA supporters and financier who are still giving financial aid and supports to the CNTs,”
He also said that the documents will be process and to be exploited for proper filing of charges to those who supports the CNTs in coordination with the PNP.
“Those who support and give financial aid to the CNTs is a violation and criminally liable according to the RA 10168 otherwise known as “The Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act of 2012 under the Proclamation No. 374 of the President,”. Lt Col Diagmel said.
He also lauded the communities and former rebels for their support given to the Community Support Program of 36IB for the successful conduct of operation.
