Police operatives of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sitio Tabang, Brgy. Tamil, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte at 7:00 PM of January 2, 2021.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Ireneo Vilando Encabo, 44 years old, married, and a resident of Sitio Tabang, Brgy. Tamil, Jose Dalman.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 9262 under Criminal Case No. s-6175 issued by Pres. Judge Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas of RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated December 4, 2020 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 48, 000.00.
He is now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
