Police personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation thru Intel driven operation at Purok Gabi, Brgy. San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte at 11:45 AM of January 2, 2021.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Ruel Gumocay Quizel, 36 years old, married and a resident of Purok Gabi, Brgy. San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Offense of Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, (Anti-Child Abuse Law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 24431 issued by Hon. Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, dated December 16, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 80, 000, 00.
He is now under custody of Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
