Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 conducted law enforcement operation at Zone-4, Brgy. Boalan in Zamboanga City at 10:30 AM of September 22, 2020. The operation resulted to the arrest of Catalino Limen Francisco, 59 years old, male, single and a resident of abovementioned place.
He was arrested for the crime of homicide with Criminal Case # 22902 issued and signed by former Presiding Judge Hon Jesus C Carbon Jr, Branch 16, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated November 3, 2009 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 40,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of said Police Station 4-Culianan for commitment to court. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
