A 30-year old man charged for murder was arrested by combined elements of Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office – Intel Unit and CIDG during the joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Akal Street, Barangay 11, Impalambong, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon at about 2:00 PM of September 9, 2020. Arrested was identified as Jerome Abrea Torbiso, 30 years old, married, of Sitio Lubas, Upper Turno, Dipolog City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 15097 issued by Judge Yolinda C. Bautista of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog City dated October 5, 2009 with no bail recommended.
He is now being detained at the detention facility of Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office.
