Land Transportation Office (LTO) Zamboanga Ecozone Extension Office started their free Theoretical Driving Course Wednesday at Zamboanga Ecozone, San Ramon, Zamboanga City.
Eldelyn C. De Lara, OIC, there are two rooms where the lecture will be conducted. Due to the pandemic, only 15 persons per room will be accommodated so that physical distancing can be followed.
The 15 hours TDC will be done for two days 8am to 5pm.
Those who participated were taught defensive driving and related traffic and LTO rules.
For those who will graduate, they will now be given their student permit and after one month they can apply for a non-professional drivers license.
The office will do this once a week to serve especially those who cannot afford to go to driving schools.
For those interested, they must be 17 years old and bring with them their authenticated birth certificate. (R.G. A A. Go)
