At about 8:30PM of October 12, 2020, Joint Illegal Drug Buy-Bust Operation conducted by Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Pagadian City Police Station, Dumalinao Municipal Police Station and Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU9) at Purok Sunshine, Brgy. San Pedro, Pagadian City.
The operation resulted to the arrest of JUL KIRAM MUNTO y DUMADIL a.k.a “Kasim”, male, 24 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of Purok Lacturan, Brgy. San Pedro, Pagadian City. Subject person is listed as Newly Identified Personality on illegal drugs.
Confiscated during the operation were the following; a.) One (1) piece transparent heat-sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” as a buy-bust evidence; b.) Four (4) pieces transparent heat-sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu”; c.) One (1) box match (Rizal Brand) used as container; and d.) One (1) piece Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) Bill marked money bearing serial numbers SP877995. Arrested suspect is temporarily held in protective custody at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell pending case in violation for R.A 9165 also known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” to be filed against him.
