PNP personnel of Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office –Drug Enforcement Unit led by PMAJ. Gaspar C. Gadingan together with Provincial Intelligence Unit of Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office and Pagadian City Police Station (CPS) in coordination with PDEA9, conducted joint drug buy-bust operation at Purok Bakhaw-C, Kawit, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at about 9:30 PM of December 24, 2020.
PBGEN. Ronaldo Genaro E. Ylagan, PRO9 Regional Director said the operation resulted in the arrest of Abdul Juhaine Canas Santos, (Newly Identified), 29 years old, single, jobless, high school level and a resident of aforementioned place.
Confiscated items during the operation were three sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight more or less 1.5 grams and street value of Php10,000.00 and one piece of Php500.00 bill as marked money.
Confiscated items during the operation were brought to Zamboanga del Provincial Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of PDEA Lock-Up cell for proper disposition.
