DOH 13 Regional Director Llacuna Recommends ECQ Extension

“I don’t take chances,” this was the comment of DOH Caraga regional director Dr. Jose Llacuna, Jr., on the lifting of the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine regionwide and instead of returning the status to community quarantine. The region’s top health officer emphasized that the virus, despite the numerous studies conducted to study the disease, remains unfamiliar to the practitioners in the field of medicine and health.
