The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte commences ground-breaking of the Construction of (3) Barrels Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert w/ Road Safety Features at Barangay Seres, Municipality of Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte September 20, 2024.
The ceremonial groundbreaking and capsule laying wass spearheaded by Governor Rosalina ” Nanay Nene” G. Jalosjos through Provincial Administrator Mr. Wilberth “Gaw Jojo” G. Magallanes and attended by PGSO OIC- Mr .Alvi Joseph Agolong, Municipality of Katipunan former Mayor Patchito T. Eguia, Provincial Engineer Rey C. Eguia, Provincial Head, PEO – Const. Division, Head, PEO – Planning Division, Engr. Ladislao M. Vidal,Head, PEO – Construction Division – Engr. Arman C. Alpeche, Barangay Seres Chairman Allan O. Jalosjos and Brgy. Councilor Jerry M.Villanueva.
Barangay Chairman Allan O. Jalosjos expresses his delight through a message addressed to the governor in front of the PG ZDN officials and personnel, stating that the project in his barangay is a symbol of progress and a journey toward growth and development citing that the reinforced box culvert will provide safety and protection to pedestrians.
Barangay Councilor Jerry M. Villanueva also exclaimed with joy that the project was a realization of the vision of the barangay and will soon benefit many of their constituents. He believed in the promise and the statement of Governor “Nanay Nene” G. Jalosjos’ brand, “Misyon ko Tinuod nga Serbisyo” which is unwavering to many Zanortehanons.
