Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City — Butuan City Police Office personnel confiscated 20 grams of methamphetamine or commonly known as shabu worth ₱236,000 during a buy-bust operation in Purok 4, Brgy. Holy Redeemer, Butuan City on December 31, 2020 around 4:30 in the afternoon.
In a statement, PRO13 Director PBGEN. ROMEO M.CARAMAT JR. identified the arrested suspect as 42-year-old Roger Cuaresma Omandam, who hails from Purok 6, Brgy. Baan, Kilometer 3, Butuan City.
BCPO operatives conducted a physical inventory of the evidence at the site of the arrest. It was witnessed by Mr. Esteb Paican of Bombo Radio, Hon. Renante Pairat, Brgy. Holy Redeemer Kagawad, and Mr. Ronaldo T Bedrijo, DOJ representative.
“The anti-illegal drugs campaign of Police Regional Office 13 will spare no one even on holidays,” said PBGEN CARAMAT JR said.
