A female cadaver was reportedly found along the sea water of Brgy. Laroche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Sindangan Municipal Police identified the cadaver as Flora Dela Torre Hadaong, estimated age between 52-60 years old, female, married, and a resident of Brgy. Dumalogdog, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Initial investigation disclosed that at about 6:00 AM of October 20, 2020, the cadaver was discovered by Rene Ytang Devila, 41 years old, married, fisherman floating along the high of sea of Brgy. Laroche about two miles from the shore. He immediately boards the cadaver into his motorized pump boat and went back to the shore.
Accordingly, the said victim is considered as Person with Disability and that prior to the incident, in the afternoon of October 19, 2020; victim crossed the flooded river of Brgy. Dumalogdog, Sindangan.
Post mortem conducted by Dr. Rex V. Samson found out that the victim sustained one lacerated wound on the forehead, however there’s no foul play. The cadaver was turned over to her immediately family.
