Davao City: Anti-illegal Drug Operation thru Buy-bust conducted by DEU personnel of Tagum CPS led by Police Leutenant Colonel Pablito Odias, Chief of Police at about 4:00 AM of March 25, 2020 at Barangay Poblacion, Tagum City, Davao del Norte resulted to the arrest of a notorious drug pusher in Tagum.
Despite COVID 19 outbreak, the suspect, Francis Jess Abellana Dicdican, 33-years old, married, driver and a resident of Purok 5, Tibagon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro still proliferated illegal drugs in the city.
Recovered/seized during the operation were:
1. One (1) piece of small heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystallize substance believed to be “shabu” (object of sale);
2. Three (3) pieces of big heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystallize substance believed to be “shabu” (object of possession);
3. One (1) piece improvised tooter; and
4. One (1) piece genuine One Thousand Peso bill. The suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought at Tagum CPS for proper disposition
