Be informed that at about 4:00 PM of December 15, 2020, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PEMS Rey B. Marcojos – Warrant PNCO, conducted Intel driven operation against wanted person at Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City that resulted to arrest of Dario Libredo Omandam, 44 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy. Minlasad, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 5 (i) of R.A. 9262 docketed under Criminal Case Number 1854, issued by Michael L. Ajoc, Presiding Judge of 10th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Calamba, Misamis Occidental, dated December 9, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to Seventy-Two Thousand Pesos (₱ 72,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
