Be informed that at about 2:10 PM of November 23, 2020, personnel of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PLT. RICKY OROG ACAS-OIC proceeded to Sindangan District Jail, Brgy. Bitoon, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte and served the Warrant of Arrests to an inmate identified as Edwardo Lirasan Dalangon, 41 yrs old, and a resident of Brgy. Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte.
The Warrant of Arrests for the crime of Homicide in Criminal Case No. S-6143 with bailbond amounting to ₱ 72,000 and for the crime of Attempted Murder in Criminal Case No. 6144 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 120,000 all issued by Judge Cherry Joy C. Concha of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020.
Subject person is still detained at Sindangan District Jail for proper disposition.
