700 Caraganons stranded in Luzon and Metro Manila were fetched by PEZA and BCDA vehicles and transported to the Manila Port for their ship trip back home to their home provinces in Agusan Del Norte, Agusan Del Sur, Surigao Del Norte, Surigao Del Sur, Dinagat Province, Butuan City, Surigao City, Cabadbaran City, Tandag City, Bislig City, Bayugan City, and Siargao.
They will be with their families after being stranded for 2 1/2 months since the COVID-19 lockdown.
They are taking St Francis ship leaving today, May 31, at 10 pm to arrive at the Nasipit Port, June 2, 5PM. Arrived Caraga earlier were 400 plus LSIs from Cebu and Manila in chartered flights. (DG Ching Plaza FB | PIA SDN | RPN DXKS)
