7-Day Lockdown For Market Complex Of Mangagoy, Bislig City Will Start Today

A 7-day lockdown of the entire market complex of Mangagoy, Bislig City will be implemented from 5AM, Sept. 11 to 5AM, Sept. 18 by virtue of Executive Order No. 47 S. 2020.

Mayor Florencio Garay said the purpose of this order is for the disease surveillance, contact tracing, & rapid testing in relation to COVID-19.

As part of the precautionary measures of LGU Bislig, the Mangagoy Public Market main building was already temporarily closed to public from September 8-12, 2020. Mandatory rapid testing to all the vendors, stall owners, & the like will be implemented by the authorities.

In Tagum City, a fish vendor in Tagum Public Market who delivered fish supply to Mangagoy Public Market was recently confirmed positive of CoViD-19.
