CIDG arrested 29 suspects for online sabong around 11:20PM of February 22, 2020 at old cockpit area in Km. 4 Barangay Luna, Surigao City.
OLEA or OPLAN ROULETTE was a joint operation led by CIDG-Surigao Del Norte Provincial Field Unit together with the Regional Maritime Unit 13, Surigao City Police Station and Regional intelligence Division PRO13.
They will be charged for Violation of PD 1602 (Online Sabong) while another 1 suspect was considered at large after evading the operation.
Confiscated items were 1 unit Samsung Flat Screen TV ; 1 pc. Adaptor ; 1 pc. PLDT Router; 1 pc. Sattelite Cable Antenna and cash proceeds amounting to P20,380.00 in different denominations.
