Combined operatives of CIDG, 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company and Ipil Municipal Police Station implemented the Search Warrant no. 22 and Search Warrant no. 20 for violation of RA 10591 at Sitio Dungguan, Brgy. Caparan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province at 6:50 AM of September 22, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Saharin Toto Alisane, 64 years old, resident of Sitio Dungguan, Brgy. Caparan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay and Jul Amri Dagurayan Alisane, 46 years old, resident of Sitio Dungguan, Brgy. Caparan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Confiscated during the operation were one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol safari brand with serial no. 191944; one (1) magazine assembly; and twelve (12) live ammunition; one (1) unit caliber .45 pistil STI brand with serial no. 748861; one (1) magazine assembly; seven (7) live ammunition; and two (2) rifle grenade.
Subject is a leader (Jul Amri Dagurayan Alisane) and member (Saharin Toto Alisane) of Alisani Group DI listed, under COPLAN lucky 9 engaged in extortion, gun for hire, gun running and illegal drug trade activities.
