1. ZDS 928 – A 61 y.o. male, from Purok Pitogo, Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur. With history of travel from Pagadian City. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 16, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Isolated last November 16, 2020 and declared recovered today, his 12th day of isolation. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
2. ZDS 929 – A 30 y.o. male, government worker, from Purok Balatong 1, Kahayagan, Pagadian City. without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 27, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Private Hospital since December 3, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
3. ZDS 930 – A 23 y.o. female, from Purok Paradise, Sumadat, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 26, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at Dumalinao Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
4. ZDS 931 – A 38 y.o. female, from Purok Curvada, Dao, Pagadian City. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 30, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 29, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
5. ZDS 932 – An 18 y.o. female, from Purok 4, Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 860. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last December 1, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at Ramon Magsaysay Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
6. ZDS 933 – A 12 y.o. male, from Purok 4, Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 860. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last December 1, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at Ramon Magsaysay Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.

Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last December 1, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at Ramon Magsaysay Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility.
