₱88,400 Worth Of ‘Shabu’ Seized In San Carlos

Three persons were arrested in two separate buy-bust operations in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental recently.

The first operation was conducted at Barangay 5, which resulted in the arrest of Jayban Rosalejos, 26, of Brgy. 2; and Richard Perez, 27, of Brgy. 5, a drug surrenderee.

Police recovered from the duo 17 sachets of suspected shabu worth ₱ 20,400, two lighters, and ₱ 300 marked money.

Also arrested in Barangay 6 was Joselito Lumbrino, 44, of the said village.

Joint operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental and San Carlos City Police Station confiscated from the suspect six sachets of suspected shabu worth ₱ 68,000, an improvised tooter, and the ₱ 500 marked money.

According to PDEA, Lumbrino is listed as a high value target.
