The swimming pool at the Joaquin Enriquez Memorial Sports Complex (JEMSC) or grandstand in Baliwasan is ready for turnover and use for trainings, after its facelift.
City Sports Director Dr. Cecil Atilano said the pool’s rehabilitation and repair started in 2020 along with the fencing of the 4 tennis courts inside the complex with a total funding allocation of ₱ 19 million.
The project was undertaken by a private contractor under the supervision of the City Engineer’s Office.
