Notice to the Public!
Municipal Ordinance No. 026-22, s. 2022 of General Luna, Surigao del Norte that was passed and enacted on 23 June 2022 provides for the creation of Municipal Sports and Recreation Center of this Municipality under the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
Section 1 of this Ordinance provides that the conduct of SURFING ACTIVITIES and all other sports activities in the Municipality of General Luna shall be MANAGED by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center of this Municipality under the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
Stated differently, any sports activity including SURFING that will be held in the Municipality of General Luna which is not authorized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center of this Municipality is ILLEGAL or against the law or the Municipal Ordinance No. 026-22, s. 2022.
