Surigao: Batang Surigaonon City Mayor Paul Dumlao leds the kick off flag raising

Batang Surigaonon City Mayor Paul Dumlao leds the kick off flag raising today on the occasion of observing the National Disaster Resilience Month. This morning is his first official appearance in the flag raising ceremony at Surigao City Hall.

Also on parade are the heavy equipment units for the kick off mission today of the general cleaning in our city streets from debris and garbage scattered by Super Typhoon Odette.
