Four officers of the Philippine National Police received yesterday a Certificate of Commendation highlighting the Monday Flag Raising ceremony of the Police Provincial Office in Surigao del Norte.
Police Colonel Renato C. Mercado, PNP Provincial Director awarded the commendations to:

Drug Enforcement Unit of SDN PPO
On his message and guidance, Police Colonel Mercado expounded the priority programs of the New Chief PNP Police General Rodolfo S. Azurin Jr., the PPSO which stands for Prevent Crimes (Operations), Preempt Crime (Intelligence), Solve Crimes (Investigation) and Organize & Mobilize the Community (PCR). And, M+K+K=K which means Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran. Lastly, he also reiterated respective personnel security in providing daily services and assistance to the public as Opening of Classes is approaching.
