Senator Bong Go In Bacolod

Incoming Senator Bong Go said he condemns the South China Sea incident that put the lives of Filipino fishermen in danger at sea. Go however told Bacolod newsmen he will wait for the result of government and diplomatic efforts on the matter.
Meanwhile, While delivering relief goods to the fire victims of Barangay 2, he said he will bring more support to victims through various agencies. Go went at Andres Bonifacio Elem. School 2 (ABES 2) gymnasium at Brgy. 4 at BS Aquino-Gatuslao Streets, Bacolod, where almost a thousand Brgy. 2 fire victims are temporarily sheltered.Senator-elect Bong Go, City Mayor Bing Leonardia, Councilor Em Ang, DSWD reg’l director Evelyn Macapobre, and other officials are arriving any minute to give more support to the victims, even as more food, clothing and other donations also arrive from private individuals and groups. Sen. Go, Cong. Albee Benitez, Cong. Greg Gasataya, incoming Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, Mayor Bing Leonardia, Councilor Em Ang and other officials, also engaged in a boodle fight with pedicab drivers outside of the Bacolod City Police Station 2 (Arman Toga, NDB).
