Cebu City – Gipasidan-an ni Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama ang mga business establishments sa consequences nga ilang atubangon ug mapakyas sila sa istrikto nga pagpatuman sa health protocols ug vaccination requirement sa mga customers.
“Be warned. Be serious in following our directive or face closure. We will not take this lightly,” pasidaan ni Rama.
Gibutyag ni Rama nga nakadawat siya ug report nga dunay mga malls ug ubang establishments nga dili seryoso pag check sa vaccination card sa ilang costumers, lakip na ang minimum health protocols nga gi baliwa sa pipila ka mga establishments.
Gipahinumduman sa mayor nga ibutang sa huna huna ang established protocol sama sa pagsul-ob ug face mask, hand washing, social distancing ug dili gyud mo kompyansa.
Hinoon, dili pa kini mopa hamtang ug penalties hangtud nga dili pa niya matagbo ang mga officers sa Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) ug Hotel Resorts and Restaurants Association of Cebu (HRRAC), pero nagpasidaan na ang mayor.
“We don’t talk of penalties yet…One word is enough for a wise guy. Remind them lang sa nga ilang seryosohon ni,” mensahi ni Rama.

Ubos sa Directive No. 11-20-2021-01, gi require ang vaccination sa mosunod nga venues sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo: Amusement parks o theme parks; cinemas ug movie houses; limited face-to-face o in-person classes alang sa basic education nga dunay pagtugot sa Office of the President; limited face-to-face resident; limited face-to-face o in-person classes alang sa higher education ug sa technical-vocational education ug training; classes alang sa higher education ug sa technical-vocational education ug training.
Gi-require sab ang vaccination sa funfairs/peryahani-require sab ang vaccination sa funfairs/peryahan o kid amusement industries; venue nga dunay live voice ug wind-instrument performers ug audience sama sa karaoke bars, clubs voice ug wind-instrument performers ug audience sama sa karaoke bars, clubs, concert halls ug theaters.
